Description of Event: This course is designed for both professional mental health workers AND individuals looking to establish safety and connection in their KINKY sex practices. We'll examine how incorporating the modern science of Interpersonal Neurobiology with KINK dynamics can allow for increased co-regulation and self-regulation skills so we can fully enjoy the ANXIETY and STRESS we intentionally invite into SEX.

Mainstream pornography heavily influences youth perceptions of sex and consent but more importantly, is changing behaviors. Adults must be informed about the messages coming from PornHub to be able to teach skills-based consent sex education in a useful way.

Description of Event:
People with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence often struggle to get what they need out of sexual relationships and situations. In this workshop, we will discuss how neurodiversity can affect sexuality and give strategies for how to help navigate sensory, communication, and relational differences so you can have the best sex possible.

This 1 hour course will provide a foundational look at the OCSB model and how the sex therapy approach to "sex addiction" differs from the CSAT model that is pervasive in many areas. The course will introduce the basic principles of the OCSB model and provide resources for further study.
