Menopause brings profound physical and emotional changes that can significantly affect clients’ sexual wellness, relationships, and self-perception. For therapists working with clients in these stages, Somatic-Concentric Sex Therapy (S-CST) training offers a holistic framework to address these challenges. By integrating body-centered techniques with psychological insights, this training empowers therapists to guide clients in reconnecting with their bodies, enhancing intimacy, and navigating the emotional impacts of hormonal shifts.

Earn 5 AASECT CE’s as you learn an inclusive somatic approach to supporting perimenopausal and menopausal clients through this transformative mid-life experience. This workshop is both didactic and experiential, teaching how body-based language and interventions can translate the latest science into an effective clinical approach.
