Abstract: No matter the duration of an actual trauma event, the effects can be long lasting. When we feel as though parts of ourselves are taken away or lost, it can be a struggle to reclaim them. This class is designed to help give you tools to care for yourself and take back your identity. It is possible to feel joy and excitement after surviving a traumatic experience.
