Description of Event:
How to Be a Top Presenter
Becoming a great sexuality educator or coach (even as a therapist or counselor!) doesn’t happen by accident, but the tools you need to create an engaging and motivating workshop, class, or lesson aren’t always obvious. Once you get the fundamentals, you can design your own plans instead of copying what you’ve seen other people do. That’s where the real magic of teaching is!
In this interactive and engaging workshop with Dr. Charlie Glickman, you’ll learn a simple and flexible model of adult learning that you can use to
· Create useful objectives that support your planning process
· Maintain the flow of your lessons to make sure you stay on track
· Design effective exercises for your participants to practice what you teach
· Scaffold multiple lessons or exercises into a larger, cohesive experience
· Assess how your participants are learning what they came for
Once you have these foundational pieces, you can be as creative and expansive as you want in your teaching. Whether you work with groups of 30 or 300, you’ll be able to bring your workshops and classes to the next level, increase participant satisfaction, develop more confidence and create outstanding presentations.
Plus a Somatic Sex Educator Panel and Prostate Pleasure Education!
