Many Latinx and BIPOC clinicians interested in sexual health often find themselves wondering:

“Where are the spaces that center people like me?”

While there are many trainings available, few create spaces that center the lived experiences, perspectives, and clinical realities of Latinx and BIPOC providers—especially when learning how to support clients around intimacy, desire, and sexual functioning.

This lack of representation can make it harder to feel fully supported, seen, and prepared to do this work.

This program is designed to help bridge that gap.

The Certificate in Sexual Health Comprehensive Program is an AASECT-aligned training created for aspiring sex therapists and sexuality counselors who are seeking both clinical knowledge and culturally responsive training.

Participants will:
• Build skills in assessing and treating sexual concerns
• Develop case conceptualization strategies
• Strengthen confidence in navigating conversations about sex and intimacy
• Engage in culturally responsive, non-pathologizing care

A core aspect of this program is its commitment to representation. The program is founded and led by a Latina AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor, and over 75% of guest speakers are Latinx and BIPOC clinicians. This creates a learning environment that reflects the communities many clinicians serve and supports more inclusive approaches to care.

Program includes:
• 100+ hours of on-demand training (available upon enrollment)
• 45 hours of live, synchronous training held over 3 weekends
• Interactive, case-based, clinically focused learning
