Do you find yourself asking: "Why do I feel so drained", "Why do I feel like I am giving more to people than they give to me", "I love this person, can I protect my peace AND keep them in my life"? If so, this workshop is what you have been looking for! Join Tonya, as she teaches learners from all walks of life, a practical yet introspective approach to establishing and honoring your boundaries. Learners will consider what they need to feel whole and fulfilled as an individual and what they are able to offer others. Once identified, these will be the building blocks for establishing boundaries, defining the types of relationships they wish to have in work and pleasure and a tangible roadmap for navigating the journey of self care.
