Description of Event:
This CE event will address power and control dynamics embedded in instances of infidelity, and will address how those dynamics are pertinent in understanding partnerships as a container for equity and mutuality. Specific focus on aspects of intersectionality within romantic and sexual relationships will be explored, with the goal of equipping clinicians to recognize covert power dynamics, relevant to the identities of all partners in a relationship, and how to assist in helping to develop accountability, restoration of parity, and healing.
