This lecture explores how dating apps, texting culture, stress, boundaries, and communication patterns impact emotional intimacy and connection in modern relationships. We’ll discuss common struggles people experience while dating today and practical ways sexuality educators can support healthier communication, emotional awareness, and relationship skills.
