Sensate Focus is one of the most effective tools that sex therapists can utilize when treating a wide variety of difficulties with sexual functioning. In this course, participants will gain a foundational understanding of sensate focus techniques and progressions, including why sensate focus is effective, how to assign sensate focus to clients, how to debrief with clients after they've completed a session of sensate focus, and common pitfalls.
