This workshop is designed for therapists seeking to deepen their understanding of the interplay between sexual trauma and self-esteem in their clients.
Led by an experienced trauma-informed sex therapist, participants will review effective strategies for addressing the psychological impacts of trauma. Participants will examine how to enhance therapeutic techniques for guiding clients rebuild self-esteem.
The session includes discussions on fostering self-compassion through evidence-based practices. Therapists will gain valuable insights and tools to support their clients more effectively, enhancing both their practice and their clients' healing journey.
