PMS and PMDD are extremely disruptive, cyclic episode of emotional dysregulation that coincide with the last third of the menstrual cycle. Woman often report suicidal ideation, deep despair, and extreme irritability. These symptoms have a profound impact on activities of daily living including intimate and sexual relationships.
This seminar is designed specifically for behavioral health providers. You will gain basic knowledge about the physiology of these conditions, options for evidenced-based medical management and information about supportive, non-pharmaceutical interventions.
