Sex in the Kitchen: A Sex Ed Cooking Class

Title of Event: Sex in the Kitchen: A Sex Ed Cooking Class

Description of Event:

Yes, it's exactly what it sounds like. And yes, it's exactly as fun as it sounds.

Four times a year, we gather ,from our own kitchens, wherever that is, to cook, laugh, and dig into something we don't talk about nearly enough: the real, science-backed connection between what we eat and how we feel in our bodies, our desire, and our relationships.

This isn't a lecture with a recipe stapled to it. It's a genuinely hands-on culinary medicine experience, you'll cook a real meal in real time, guided step-by-step, while we cover the evidence on nutrition, cardiovascular health, hormones, and the foods that actually support sexual wellness. All through Dr. Verena Brown's lens as both a physician and a sexuality educator, because someone has to make sure the science is as good as the food.

Expect good food, good science, and good company. You'll walk away with a finished meal, nutrition knowledge you can actually use, and language to bring these conversations into your own practice because "does this food help my sex life?" is a question your clients are already Googling, and they deserve a better answer than whatever came up on TikTok.

What to expect each session:

A themed seasonal menu, cooked live together

The science behind the ingredients: nutrition, hormones, circulation, and sexual health

Time for questions, conversation, and connection

A shopping list sent in advance, so you're ready to cook when we start
