This training equips clinical mental health providers with a clear understanding of the clinical presentation of perinatal anxiety and foundational strategies for supporting clients through it. Participants will explore evidence-based approaches to assessment, case conceptualization, and treatment, with the goal of increasing attendees' confidence, knowledge, and competence in identifying, assessing, differentiating, and treating perinatal anxiety. Clinicians will leave with an increased ability to provide competent, compassionate care to individuals during the perinatal period.
