Description of Event: This training explores the ethical handling of sexual harassment and boundary violations within professional and community contexts. Grounded in anti-oppressive and liberation focused principles, participants will engage in critical reflection on power, vulnerability, and accountability in relationships—with both colleagues and clients. Together, we will examine how to express limits with clarity and compassion, respond to harm without reproducing oppression, and uphold dignity for all parties involved. Through discussion, scenario work, and reflective practice, this training invites participants to uplift a culture of accountability and care—one that strengthens community trust and honors the shared responsibility of ethical relationship.
