Description of Event:
This class will cover the most common sexual issues partners present in therapy, including desire discrepancies, arousal difficulties, orgasm issues, helping partners navigate an open relationship, and healing from infidelity. We will explore how these issues impact relationship functioning and how to assess and treat these issues, with an emphasis on improving sexual communication.
Students will also increase their awareness of their own biases and assumptions and gain a better understanding of how these influence the clinical setting.
