One fundamental piece to inner child healing is play- and we’re going to teach you about a very unique way!

Nearly half of the adults in the US have at least one kinky fantasy. As therapists, we can harness the therapeutic use of playful kink to support our clients in self-attunement, sensory joy, self-advocacy, and healing attachment trauma. This workshop will cover the current research, ethical best practices, and consent and boundaries skills. You will leave with actionable kink activities to better serve our clients.  So come join Dr. Kade Sharp and Sabrina Longley LCSW, for play time.

In one and a half hours, we'll cover:
- Common core wounds for the inner child - and how to heal!
- Ethical considerations
- What you need to know about intersectionality
- Over 11 activities to increase clients' connection
- And so much more!

✨ Special focus given to asexuality-spectrum & autistic clients.

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will be able to incorporate an ethical, research-based, kink-affirming approach to their clinical practice.
2. Participants will be able to identify the key uses of kink-informed consent to heal attachment and inner child trauma.
3. This workshop is designed to help participants create interventions for clients based on their unique needs to elicit sensory joy and self-attunement.
