We'll examine how incorporating the modern science of Interpersonal Neurobiology with KINK dynamics can allow for increased co-regulation and self-regulation skills so we can fully enjoy the ANXIETY and STRESS we intentionally invite into SEX.

Discussions of consent are a vital part of sexuality education. An emphasis must be placed on building a person’s capacity to give informed consent. This online workshop will examine several models for determining sexual consent. Participants will apply consent criteria to several case studies and discuss strategies for improving a person's consent abilities.

Wheel of context offers a framework for sexuality education offered by activists, advocates or practitwonnaires on the ground. It has been informed by a global perspective and anyone can customize it to their own setting. 
 

The Sex Lives of College Students: Three Decades of Attitudes and Behaviors

Title of Event: The Sex Lives of College Students: Three Decades of Attitudes and Behaviors
 
Description of Event:
This presentation will highlight the results of a human sexuality survey administered over the past 30 years to thousands of University of Maine college students. Responses by nearly 7,000 college students between the ages of 18-22 will be presented, including attitudes and behaviors, as well as trends over time.

Description of Event:
Despite a multitude of challenges presented by the pandemic, sexuality educators have found innovative ways to reach youth and adults with information and skills needed to make healthy decisions about their sexual health, link them to services, and advocate on their behalf. This presentation summarizes tips and recommendations gathered from a survey of 51 sexuality educators.
