Description of Event:

Despite a multitude of challenges presented by the pandemic, sexuality educators have found innovative ways to reach youth and adults with information and skills needed to make healthy decisions about their sexual health, link them to services, and advocate on their behalf. This presentation summarizes tips and recommendations gathered from a survey of 51 sexuality educators.

Surrogate Partner Therapy. Many people have never heard of it. Even when someone has heard of it, it is often misrepresented and misunderstood. In this presentation, an experienced surrogate partner takes us beyond media portrayals, reviewing both the specifics of this modality and its healing potential.

Sex can be an uncomfortable topic for many people but it doesn't need to be! It can be really difficult sometimes when we don't know what to say or feel like we're not doing it right. This workshop will show you some tips for teaching adults communication skills that'll make talking about it much easier for everyone involved.

Christine Mason will lead the group in breathing and mudra; provide instruction on classical tantra and neotantra and sacred sexuality; cover practical ways to think of attunement and energy body; and assist participants in determining when neotantra is an appropriate modality for treatment.
