Description of Event:

As we set out to traverse the terrain of sexual identity, the body provides the messages AND the resources to support the conscious exploration of our authentic sexual self. During this workshop you will learn about the 5 phases of the Somatic Model for Sexual Identity Development (SMSID) which will provide an embodiment road map for your sexual exploration journey. You will be supported in navigating the dimensions of sexual identity (gender, preference, relationship dynamics and desire), by engaging in body-mind movement exercises, creating your own sexual identity landscape and discussion.
