Our team offers training for therapists working with sexual concerns based on our research on Optimal Sexual Experiences.

This course is a more advanced version of the foundational Menopause and Mental Health training conducted in June. We will do a brief review of the content covered in the foundational training, followed by a more intensive focus on interventions for individuals and couples struggling with transitions around menopause. The course will focus heavily on the six principles of sexual health, working with desire differences in couples, and sensate focus exercises.
