In many states oral sex is still a crime. In DC for example it is illegal "....to take the sexual organs of another person into one’s mouth or anus or to place one’s sexual organ in the mouth or anus of another or to have carnal copulation in an opening of the body other than the sexual parts with another person (Ince, 2005, 105)."
