Bowers v. Hardwick

The U.S. Supreme Court find in Bowers v. Hardwick that Georgia and other states have a constitution right to criminalize oral and anal sex between consenting adults. New York City argues that Bowers v. Hardwick allows it to deprive privacy of gay people, but it also impinges on gay people’s right to assembly. It also closes theaters such as the Twin Cinemas.
