Sex Therapist
Profession/Job Title:
Licensed Psychologist
Areas of Specialization:
I offer remote sex therapy and relationship counseling to individuals, couples, and polycules for LGBTQ+ and heterosexual clients. Individual sex therapy supports clients in exploring sexual desire, working through anxiety about sex, and healing from persistent pelvic pain and sexual trauma. I also support transgender and gender-diverse clients through social and medical transition phases. Couples therapy is a space for enhancing relationship dynamics, deepening emotional intimacy, addressing sexual desire discrepancies, and learning with each other how to cultivate more meaningful and pleasurable sexual experiences. I support clients in polyamory/consensual non-monogamy (CNM/ENM) relationships, whether just beginning to have these conversations with a monogamous partner or looking for relationship counseling in long-term CNM relationships.
Office Hours:
Mon - Fri 10 am - 6pm
Philosophy:
I've been working with clients in private practice for over 12 years, specializing in sex therapy for individuals, couples, and polycules. My joy in this work is supporting clients in cultivating self-acceptance and self-compassion, as well as becoming more aware of their authentic sexual desires and attuned to their intimate partner's emotional and physical experience. Potential clients can schedule a free discovery call through my calendar. If you prefer self-guided resources, explore my Erotic Embodiment online courses to rediscover sexual desire, work with persistent pelvic pain, or reduce sexual performance anxiety through mindfulness practices.
Other Information:
I am credentialed to offer sex therapy via telehealth to clients in most US states including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and D.C. Are you looking for a path toward more fulfillment personally and in your relationships? Connect with your authentic sexual expression and meaningful sexual intimacy. Engaging in a rich and meaningful life requires knowing ourselves deeply and acting on intentional choices guided by our core values, feelings, and desires. Our relationships can become more intimate as we develop both clarity about our needs and courage to be vulnerable with those we trust to meet us on this level. If you and your partner are seeking resources to learn to talk together about sexual desires and challenges, consider the Lovers’ Compass conversation card deck, which you can order through the Boutique on my website.
