Our commitment is to offer the most rapid and successful therapy results available. Sexual disorders are stressful to a marriage and family. It is imperative to have a highly skillful and experienced specialist for this vulnerable area. The commitment of the North Shore Center, since 1989 is to offer the most skillful, rapid treatment available. Patients were accepted solely by physician referral for 20 years, based on outstanding results, as there was no advertising. All patients are treated only by the Director, and thus receive treatment from one of Chicago's oldest and most respected sex/marital therapists and benefit from that experience base. Sex  and good marital therapy can be completed in as few as 4-10 visits for most patients. It should be focused and solutions-oriented, yet address the underlying depression, anxiety, hurt and anger as well as the dysfunction.
