Creating a happy, fulfilling sensual/sexual relationship can be fun even though challenging. It requires each person to explore their own beliefs, values and attitudes about sex and also their own needs and desires. Communication of feelings and needs is key, and an area in which many need help. Sometimes we need to rediscover that sex can be natural, joyful and loving when it has become an area of conflict or unhappiness.
