My approach is supportive, direct, sex-positive, and non-judgmental. I help individuals and couples explore sexuality, intimacy, desire, relationship patterns, communication, emotional connection, and the body-mind relationship with greater openness and clarity. My work integrates sex therapy, couples therapy, somatic psychotherapy, existential-humanistic psychotherapy, positive psychology, and practical tools for meaningful change. I am especially interested in helping clients create more authentic, connected, pleasurable, and fulfilling intimate lives and relationships.
