The Sexual Health Optimization and Wellness (SHOW) Center’s mission is to offer holistic, evidenced-based approaches that educate, treat, and cultivate each woman’s needs for mental, emotional and physical well-being. We work with our patients to create an integrative healthcare plan that is authentic to your individualized concerns. The SHOW Center was founded by Dr. Heather Quaile DNP, WHNP-BC, SANE in 2019 with a vision to create a center using a biopsychosocial model of care to treat and manage peri/menopausal issues from hot flashes, fatigue, irritability, weight gain, and vaginal dryness as well as the effects these have on whole women’s wellness. We also evaluate and do a 360 degree view of women’s specific primary care concerns, sexual health concerns, sexuality after cancer, sex after baby, and sexual trauma. We partner with pelvic floor physical therapists, sex therapists, and other complimentary, inclusive care services.
