Therapy is not about “fixing” something that is broken; it is about understanding the nature of the problem and working with your strengths to see you through it. Jessica offers compassion and understanding to help you identify your current barriers in life while also helping you resolve deeper or underlying emotional distress. She provides a warm and caring space for reflection and to help you to get your needs met. She uses a strengths-based, resiliency-focused approach. Her first goal is to help her clients feel comfortable in the therapeutic relationship and makes every effort to maintain the comfort and trust of her clients while also helping them to grow.
