My therapeutic approach originates from a systemic view of relationships and development. I believe in a strength-based approach and that anyone can benefit from support and a nonjudgmental perspective during difficult transitions and experiences. My ideal client would be self-motivated and invested in their growth. I offer a high degree of respect for clients and meet them where they are, working on what they consider to be important. I am open-minded and understanding, and specialize in treatment of trauma, religious transition and alternative lifestyle specific issues.
