I know how busy life can be. That is why I will work with you to find a mutually agreeable time to either meet in person, over the phone, or on Skype. Flexible daytime and evening hours are available. Sessions are 50 minutes each.

Providing individual, couples and family counseling for all ages and abilities, I can help you to engage your personal strengths and utilize a truly holistic approach to bring the body, mind and spirit into balance. My mission is to provide comprehensive, honest and sex-positive health education and support that addresses the unique needs of the whole person, family and community. Nurturing the unique emotional, physical and spiritual needs of each individual will instill a sense of empowerment ultimately leading to healthy life decisions and an embrace of sexuality as something that is valued, respected and celebrated. Age-appropriate educational workshops, professional trainings, and individual, couples and family counseling, provide a truly integrative and holistic approach that builds on individuality and personal strengths.
Other Information:
Other services that are available include reiki, tantra, and adult, child, prenatal and baby and me yoga instruction. Yoga In class privates (ICPs)and private sessions are available. I also offer a monthly mom's group that is by donation, as well as a parent empowerment program to help parents learn how to talk more comfortably with their children.
