I'm experienced in providing counseling services to adolescents and adults throughout all phases of mental health, substance abuse and sexual behavior issues. My therapy style is a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and reality therapy. If we want to feel better about ourselves and our lives, we need to learn how to change our thinking patterns and address our behaviors with healthy, informed, and proactive choices.
