Philosophy:
I tailor my approach to treatment based on each client's unique needs. I use a variety of therapy techniques, including Systemic Sex Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Experiential Therapies, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and DBT. I also use mindfulness techniques and work to strengthen the mind-body connection and help both individuals and couples better manage stress. I believe individuals can heal and have the lives they dream of, and couples can heal, re-connect, strengthen their love, and grow stronger.
