My focus is to help people become more effective in their lives by providing individuals and couples a dedicated time to examine patterns, build skills, and develop a deeper understanding of one's strengths and how to use them. The foundation of my approach is grounded in empirically-validated treatments, proven most effective in treating sexual concerns and anxiety related disorders. This organized approach helps focus sessions, direct interventions and provides the structure needed to address a variety of issues clients may experience. I am open to working with all forms of sexual expression and use a sex positive approach, in which the client works to better understand one’s values and desires and how to better align them.
