Philosophy:
I’m a seasoned psychotherapist with more than 30 years of experience with individual, couple, and group psychotherapy. I practice from a relational and an Emotionally Focused (EFT) lens, and treat the whole person, and the whole relationship, including in my work as a sex therapist. Sex therapy is never just about learning new behavioral strategies. My practice treats a wide range of sexuality and relationship concerns, and we have a particular niche in treating the sexual concerns of abuse survivors. I am an active therapist and use a stance of respect and curiosity to cultivate a safe environment for this sensitive therapeutic work. We are LGBTQ-affirmative and welcome people of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship configurations, and lifestyles.
