I work with individuals and couples to address and resolve issues related to sexual functioning. Areas of expertise include low desire and desire discrepency, sex as it relates to infertility and pregnancy loss, and orgasm difficulties. I also work with survivors of trauma to establish a sense of safety in their intimate and sexual experiences.

Philosophy:
Individuals often struggle with intimacy and sex for complex reasons. While specific skills related to improving sexual function and increasing pleasure do play an important role in sex therapy, much of the work focuses on helping individuals increase self-awareness and improve their ability to communicate and negotiate their needs and desires both in and out of the bedroom.
