Philosophy:
I like to help clients develop their skills in self-awareness and in expressing complicated emotions in words. I provide an active presence in the session. The foundation of my work is to help you see your strengths and leverage your abilities, in order to achieve the changes you want to make. I work with you in a collaborative fashion. We have lively conversations and exchange ideas. I tend to share resources, handouts and suggestions for activities to try at home so that you maintain focus on our work in between sessions.
