I believe that every body is deserving of health, well-being, and pleasure, including a healthy and satisfying relationship with sex and sexuality. My practice is grounded in this principle, recognizing that individuals experience sexuality in diverse ways. I commit to not pathologizing sexual interests, behaviors, or lifestyles, and to co-creating a therapeutic space that is safe, sex-positive, and affirming for clients of all bodies, genders, relationships, and orientations. I support clients in defining what enhances their sexual health while continuously reflecting on my own biases, positionality, and reactions.
