I take an integrative, evidence-based, and sex-positive approach to therapy that focuses on reducing shame, building insight, and developing practical skills for change. I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and approachable, where clients can openly explore both emotional and sexual concerns without judgment. My work is grounded in research while also being engaging and accessible, helping clients better understand themselves and feel more confident navigating relationships, intimacy, and life transitions.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and work with adolescents and adults. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and sex-positive, with a focus on creating a space where clients feel comfortable discussing both emotional and intimacy-related concerns. I also enjoy integrating psychoeducation in a way that is engaging and accessible.
