I believe that meaningful change begins with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to understand the patterns shaping our relationships with ourselves and others. My approach is collaborative, attachment-focused, and neurodiversity-affirming. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, attachment-focused EMDR, and sex therapy to help individuals and couples navigate intimacy, connection, trauma, and relational challenges. I welcome conversations about the parts of life and relationships that can feel difficult to talk about, including sex, desire, identity, relationship structures, and the ways our histories shape how we connect. Therapy is a space to show up as your whole self, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and the people who matter to you.
