My approach is relational, attachment-based, and sex-positive. I help individuals and couples slow down and understand the patterns shaping their intimacy—desire, avoidance, conflict, shame, and disconnection—so they can respond to each other with more clarity and care. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with practical sex therapy strategies, always at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. I’m especially attentive to the emotional and nervous-system factors that influence sexuality: stress, performance pressure, trauma histories, and the ways we learn to protect ourselves in relationships. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you; it’s about building insight, expanding choice, and making room for a more honest and satisfying relationship with yourself and others.
