Philosophy:
My practice centers patients with chronic pelvic pain through a trauma-informed, feminist, and sex-positive lens. I integrate somatic approaches with medical and sexual health care to help patients reconnect with their bodies, reduce pain, and reclaim pleasure, agency, and safety. I am especially committed to validating lived experience, addressing the biopsychosocial roots of pain, and supporting sustainable healing rather than symptom dismissal or endurance.
