I help couples explore finding their new sexual style and transcend desire discrepancy through a mix of somatic based techniques (Hakomi Certified), Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Differentiation Model, and the Wheel of Consent. My approach invites emotional safety, embodied awareness, and open dialogue so desire can emerge from authenticity rather than pressure or fear. I also empower women of color to find pleasure and their own voice after being impacted by SA.
