Maverique Therapeutic Services is grounded in a liberation-focused, neurodiversity-affirming, sex-positive, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, education, and consultation. Pathologizing, compliance-based, and normalization-driven models of care are explicitly rejected, particularly those that harm communities forced into marginalized. Sexuality, attachment, and identity are approached through a lens of consent, autonomy, access, and pleasure. As AASECT-certified sex therapists and educators, the practice affirms diverse sexual expressions, relationship structures, bodies, and identities while prioritizing safety, agency, and collaboration over performance or productivity. Clinical and training work integrates relational, sensory-informed, and EMDR-based frameworks while naming the impact of systemic oppression on the body, nervous system, and relational health. People are understood as the experts on their own lives, with therapy focused on reclamation rather than correction.
