Sex therapy is often the springboard into something deeper - shame, trust, trauma, old patterns rearing their heads when we're at our most vulnerable. I offer therapy that’s clear, direct, compassionate - focused on what's useful and not what's fluffy. Across politics, religion, identity - the details vary, the core issues don't. Intensive work with diverse populations has shaped both my empathy and ability to cut to the heart of whatever sex or relationship issues you'll bring to the table. Sessions follow your lead, but I'm happy to give you a nudge if you're stuck. The goal will always be progress, not perfection, and definitely not therapy that endlessly circles the drain.
