Description of Event: This lecture examines a year-long comprehensive sex and sexuality program for youth (aged 9-12) from refugee and immigrant backgrounds. Using the concept of youth agency, the analysis explores how students engage in art-making to challenge stereotypical assumptions about their bodies and gendered expectations.
