You may have noticed a dearth of book reviews on the AASECT website over the past few months. This is because your editorial team is on the hunt for a new Book Review Coordinator... someone who can play matchmaker between the new industry-specific titles appearing in the marketplace and their perfect reviewers.

The responsibilities of the Book Review Coordinator are to:

• get themselves placed on the publicity mailing lists at all of the relevant publishing houses
• peruse the latest catalogs from publishers, pinpointing the titles that may be most interesting / relevant to our members and requesting review copies
• seek out subject matter professionals willing to review these books for Contemporary Sexuality, perhaps even building up a roster of regular reviewers
• coordinate the production of these reviews, eventually passing these reviews along to Steph Auteri, Senior Writer, for final edits and inclusion in Contemporary Sexuality
