Philosophy:
Sexuality is a very complex, and sometimes confusing, thing to understand. Through my professional work, I strive to assist my clients with their sexuality concerns, whatever they may be! With compassion, understanding, empathy, and a touch of humor, I strive to make the therapy process as comfortable as possible. I also believe there is personal potential in all of us to create and facilitate the healthy life we want and sometimes working through concerns with a therapist can help you discover your inner strengths and how to use them to get the life you want.

I offer both in-person, telemedicine, or a hybrid of both for MN clients and telemedicine-only for VT clients. I am also a AASECT CST Supervisor in Training and able to provide the required supervision for those individuals seeking AASECT Certification in Sex Therapy.
