The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) will host its 49th Annual Conference June 15 – 18, 2017 at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. We expect our largest conference attendance this year as we come together to celebrate AASECT's 50th Anniversary. As we celebrate 50 bold and important years of AASECT's history and look toward the future of the organization, we appreciate your support in making this year's conference a success!

Exhibits will be located near the main registration desk where participants will enjoy coffee breaks, refreshments and continental breakfasts. In addition, the main ballroom and Poster Presentations will be located nearby.

Exhibitor Set-Up
Set-up must be completed by Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 5:00 PM.

Exhibit Hours
Thursday, June 15, 2017 – 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Friday, June 16, 2017 – 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, June 17, 2017 – 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
AASECT is not responsible for storage fees incurred due to early shipment of materials or handling fees imposed by the hotel. Any display space not set up/occupied by Friday, June 16, 2017 at 7:30 AM may be cancelled without refund.

Exhibitor Move Out
Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 4:00 PM
Exhibitors may begin dismantling displays at 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 17, 2017. Exhibits may not be dismantled or removed before that time.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to arrange for return shipping of all exhibit materials. Please bring your pre-printed shipping labels with you to the conference.
