Philosophy:

Couples must feel safe when discussing sexual and relationship issues. I like to create a safe environment where couples can look honestly at themselves and each other. I try to give tools/activities/homework to couples to use outside of therapy that are solution focused. However, I also focus on emotional aspects of the relationship and how underlying feelings contribute to day to day problems.
