AASECT Diplomate of Sex Therapy Carolynn Hillman died at her home in Teaneck, NJ on December 7, 2013 at the age of 71. In addition to being a certified sex therapist, Hillman was a licensed clinical social worker and a psychoanalyst who practiced in New York City for 38 years. She also served as faculty member, senior supervisor, and training analyst at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health [2] in New York and the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis of New Jersey [3]. Hillman was the author of two self-help books: Recovery of Your Self-Esteem [4] and Love Your Looks [5].
